RCD: Inside the USS Zumwalt
The Bookmark has launched an interactive 3D animated tour of the USS Zumwalt, the most technologically advanced surface ship in the world. The Zumwalt is the US Navy's new multi-purpose stealth missile destroyer. The warship features a futuristic, inward-sloping "tumblehome" hull and backswept bow, both of which contribute to its low radar profile. The ship measures two football fields and can carry two choppers and two attack boats, but it has the radar signature of a 50-foot fishing vessel.
