Another Failure Of British Law Enforcement, And Why Law Enforcement Alone Cannot Contain This Threat

My Comment: The tactics and tools of terrorism have evolved from the days of small groups organizing to plant bombs at symbolic targets that when detonated would make a political or social message to today's terrorist groups who have a clear policy of not only committing mass murder, but to also enslave mass populations under their rule.

I fail to see how bringing about indictments against individuals who have the support of millions in the Muslim world will solve or confront this threat. I also fail to see how Geneva convention rules can apply to these same individuals who have openly made it a policy to commit mass murder.

Unfortunately, the British are in denial with their situation, and are clearly not sensitive to the threats that they face.
